Note: Preparing all the listed documents does
not guarantee that you will get an approval
from the Immigration Officer to leave the

1. BOOKING AND RESERVATION
▪ NO reservation fee, NO GUARANTEED slot.
▪ FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
▪ Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE yet
transferable to other persons.
▪ Drivers and Organizers are not LIABLE for any
loss or damage of your valuables.
▪ Room sharing for joiners (6 – 8 persons per room)
▪ Additional 500-900 per Pax for a private room
(applicable for the overnight tour)
▪ OBSERVE CLEANLINESS inside the van. CLEAN AS YOU GO.
▪ Itinerary may change depending on traffic and
weather conditions.
2. CANCELLATION
▪ For JOINERS / COMBINED tours, we have the
right to cancel any tour that does not reach the
minimum no. of participants (9 Pax/van)
▪ It may be canceled with a full refund,
rescheduled, or collaborated with our trusted
partners.
▪ Due to extreme weather conditions.
▪ CANCELLATION of reservation must be
communicated 3 days before the event day to
avoid charging the full amount.
▪ NO SHOW on the event day will be charged for
the full package amount.
3. DURING THE TOUR
▪ We give priority to PWD, Seniors, and
Pregnant guests. (1 st row is reserved for them)
▪ No seat reservation.
▪ Baggage Policy: Pack light only 1 medium size bag is allowed per person.
▪ Trolley bags are NOT ALLOWED inside the van. (JOINERS TOUR)
To secure your slot, we require at least PHP 500
per Pax for the down payment and the
remaining balance will be collected on the day
of the event.
To reserve the tour package or accommodation
we require at least a 50% down payment, and
the remaining balance must be settled 20 days
before the tour or installment date as agreed
upon.
If only availing for flight or ferry ticket, we
require full (100% payment) to book the ticket.
In booking a flight ticket, we will require you to submit the following details:

Identification (ID). To better assist you in
verifying your information’s, you may submit 1
valid ID.
Note: For International flights, please ensure
that your passport is at least 6 months valid at
the time of travel.
